Firstly it is so simple meditation just like sitting posture we have to be in sitting position and open your eyes  don't focus on anything look into the distance are else closed eyes easier to focus, Arms resting on your thighs, hands relaxed on top of each other can be cupped and head facing forward, back straight and legs/feet Criss-crossed on top of each other(sitting like pretzel) and breath in and out with 5minutes on the timer increase this number as you get more used to meditating.
